AAA Hosts Free Driving Seminars for Parents and Teens
Learn about new driver safety, rules of the road, and DMV processes
Buffalo, NY, June 6, 2008 --AAA Western and Central New York is inviting local parents and teens to free teen driving seminars at several AAA locations:
  • AAA Penfield Travel and Insurance Center, 2156 Penfield Road, Penfield, NY 14526 on Wednesday, June 18th at 6:30 p.m.
  • AAA Amherst Travel and Insurance Center, 100 International Drive, Williamsville, NY, 14221, on Thursday, June 19th at 6:30 p.m.
  • AAA Orchard Park Travel and Insurance Center's former 3364 Southwestern Blvd. location in Orchard Park, NY, 14127 on Tuesday, June 24th at 6:30 p.m.
AAA experts will be on hand to guide parents and teens through the daunting licensing process, helping them to better understand Department of Motor Vehicle paperwork, road test requirements, and Graduated Driver Licensing laws (GDL) in New York State. Driver training and education, driver distractions, rules of the road, and insurance requirements for new teen drivers will also be addressed.

Information will also be available on AAA's upcoming eight-week summer driver training programs that start on Sunday, July 13th, 2:00 p.m. at the above AAA locations.
