Thirty-two Upstate New York Repair Facilities Rated Best in Customer Satisfaction for 2009

BUFFALO, N.Y., October 20, 2009 – Twenty-eight AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities and four AAA Approved Auto Body Repair facilities have been awarded the AAA “Top Shop” Award for 2009, according to AAA Western and Central New York.

Between September 2008 and August 2009, AAA reviewed service evaluation cards received from customers who had work completed at one of the many AAA Approved facilities for Auto and Auto Body Repair in Western and Central New York. The facilities were then ranked and awarded based on customer satisfaction ratings.
