NOTICE
AAA-endorsed Certificates of Deposit (CD), Money Market Account (MMA),
and Individual Retirement Account (IRA) products have been provided
through a partnership with Bank of America. Effective December 31,
2007, AAA's Deposit relationship with Bank of America will expire and
is not being renewed.
While your current account will no longer have the AAA endorsement, you
can continue to use your account as you do today. If you own a AAA -
endorsed CD or IRA account, your rate and term will continue unchanged
until its normal Maturity date. If you own a AAA-endorsed Money Market
Account, the interest rate on your account will continue to be linked
to the Money Fund Report AveragesAll Taxable index outlined in your
Deposit Agreement unless you receive written notice from Bank of
America indicating otherwise. If you have a AAA Credit Card, that
account will not be affected in any way.
AAA Western Central New York values your members and
is currently researching other banks and their deposit programs and
will have more information in the near future. Watch for details.
