AAA accepts online requests for road service
24-hours a day so you can be confident your service
request will be handled promptly. On the service request
form you will be asked for the following information:
- The location of the disabled vehicle - the name
of the street and the nearest city are required to
process the request.
- The type of service needed (flat tire, dead battery,
keys locked in car, etc.)
- The description of the disabled vehicle
- How to contact you or the person attending to the
vehicle
AAA Towing
A AAA tow truck driver will drive as far as necessary
to get to you - at no charge. If we can't get the
vehicle running, we'll tow you to your desired destination.
Basic members can be towed to the contract facility
rendering service or elsewhere within five miles
at no charge. Additional mileage is charged on the
scene at special rates. AAA Plus and AAA Plus RV
members choose where they want their car towed up
to 100 miles, AAA Premier members up to 200 miles.
