AAA SERVICE
Members must have the confidence of knowing that auto repairs are being performed fairly and competently. AAA Service is a AAA program designed to set members' minds at ease.

Facility Criteria:
  • When requested by a customer, must offer by appointment separate diagnosis when repairs are recommended.
  • Must guarantee effectiveness of repairs, parts, labor, or components for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles. Unless otherwise noted on the repair order.
  • Must accept final decision of AAA club representative in resolving complaints concerning service to AAA members' vehicles.
  • Must take full responsibility for repair of vehicle even when subletting portion of vehicle repair.
Scope of Service - The AAR Service Facilities perform some of the following (call to verify specific needs):
  • Glass repair
  • Steering and suspension
  • Brakes
  • Tires
