AAA Approved Auto Body Repair
AAA has a select number of Approved Auto Body repair shops that have met our stringent approval process to provide quality body and collision repairs. These shops must have the proper equipment, a knowledgeable staff, and guarantee their work.

Facility Criteria:
  • Must offer estimate of repairs
  • Technicians must be ASE-certified or have equivalent I-CAR training.
  • Reception personnel must be trained to advise customers regarding repairs and service.
  • The facility must have an effective quality control mechanism in place to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The facility must have a formal training system for updating technicians in new repair systems and processes.
  • Must guarantee effectiveness of repairs, parts, labor, or components for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles. Unless otherwise noted on the repair order.
  • Must accept final decision of AAA club representative in resolving complaints concerning service to AAA members’ vehicles.
  • Must take full responsibility for repair of vehicle even when subletting portion of vehicle repair.

  • Frame repair
  • Paint/detailing
  • Body/unibody welding
  • Accident related mechanical
